Bad service
What a bad service from old mutual,went to their offices on the first of March and also visited their greenstone branch.Till today I still have not received feedback or atleast an answer as to when can I expect my query to be dealt with. Both managers are just useless and can’t give answers with a lousy excuse that they will find out and call u but none has ever called.Wow

Last week got the above message from old mutual and had to drive to their offices in Alexandra mall and the service is terrible especially from the manager who is so clueless about how things works.
Was told it’s not who send me the message and should contact their head office in Cape Town and she said they not allowed to call on my behalf.
