BAD SERIVICE

As former Old Mutual employee im disappointed at the service that contact center are giving people. i work at old mutual Pfa in 2014. i need my u19 forms, i went to office where i used to work i was told there is no HR in the office. i need to go to contact center. which i did i was referred back to office where i worked. i called all this numbers ***/ ******* which was provided to me by all the contact centers that i was call to get assistance. they all refused to give me HR email address. they didnt even bother to offer to help me. they all pushed back. for me that shows that their employees are not trained to service client at first point of contact.
