BAD SERIVCE OLD MUTUAL SUPERFUND
WAITING FOR 4 MONTHS FROM OLD MUTUAL SUPERFUND TO PAY MY LATE HUSBAND PENSION AND DEATH BENEFITS. THEIR MANAGERS AND HIGHER ARE IN NON EXISTENCE TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM, THE POOR PEOPLE TAKING THE PHONE CALLS DEALING WITH OUR QUERIES ALSO CANT GET HOLD OF THEIR MANAGERS AND THEY ALSO DON'T REPLY TO THEIR EMAIL THIS BAD I WON'T SUGGEST OLD MUTUAL TO ANY PEOPLE TO TAKE OUT A POLICY OR RETIREMENT FUND.

20 Dec 2021, 16:02Their is still no progress on this matter, waiting for someone from your investigation department to phone me, it seems that there is no management or team leaders who are working for Old Mutual because not their own staff or clients can get hold of them their wtaff
