Bad rude service

What a pathetic service and rude employees, omw I took my mom in of 73 teats of age to go and cash in a policy, I whent to Cape Gate branch no financial advisor got sent to Sanlam Center parrow, the rudest staff ever, the Employee named Hindriesch, I thing he worked at a shabeen, would not let me in, so my mom had to go in alon, and the finatial advisor, had no interest in helping her at all, we whent to head office in pinelsnds, closed. It is amazing, when they can get your money, they come to you, when you want your money, no service. This is *****, I would never invest in this shabeen.
