Bad Retirement annuity plan
My mother in laws experience with old mutual is bad, she send her claims about 3 months back already and no one contacted her with regards to her claims. She have conformation that they received the Dr. Since then she's struggling to get hold of a consultant and no one contact her regarding her claim. Then on the forms it states turn around time is 5 working days..
