Bad reaction from Old Mutual pension fund'

I have been retrenched from my work because of the lock down.Now I'm struggeling to get the part of my pension that I app**** for,only 15%. It's six weeks now. As far as I'm conserned everything finalised. I can't get anyone on a telephone,they reply properly on e-mails that have sent,only an automated service. Is something else that I must do,why don't they reply. This working is not good.My thought of that is the people not doing the work like it is supposed to be done. they are quick to ask to rate there service.
