Bad/ poor service
I have since made a claim for my investment in January till now I have not been paid my money. Their 15 days waiting period has lapsed long time now I am going to 30 days and no one knows the answer for the delay. They told about a document not submitted and after submitting it way after making a claim still there is nothing.
