Bad policy

<p>I have an existing policy with old mutual and recently I decided to upgrade it, I spoke to a lady by the name innocentia who works in centurion for old mutual it's been four months now and nothing has happened but I went for blood tests wich she said would be covered by old mutual wich I think is a lie because the lab and the doctor that I went to, keep sending me messages for me to come and pay otherwise they will be listing me I've been trying to contact innocentia but she keeps telling me that the problem is with their HR in cape town it has literally been four months now and all I want to do is cancel everything I have with old mutual including my investments and go to a professional broker who will treat me as a client and not as a mole used to push up sales for income. Im very disappointed in old mutual never will I conduct business with you</p>
