Bad investment company

I made a partial withdrawal from my investment on the 3 November 2023 and till today I haven't got my money. Today when I sent my complaint on the social media platform they're telling me about pricing and they have been telling me that story many times. I urgently need the money and I'm treated as if I'm borrowing my money. I regret the day I took an investment with this company!!!!!
