BAD FUNERAL COVER
Worst funeral cover experience,,, I "upgraded" my family funeral plan. My son passed away from injuries caused by a fire. Old Mutual found every excuse not to honour the policy. I gave my son a beautiful funeral (waiting for policy payout) and had to loan from my bond. Being a pensioner and having that experience and unknown expense,,, Sad but true,,,, old Mutual you put me (as a single woman) in debt😇🙏
