Bad faith contract
I dd have an investment contract of whic I took a withdrawal on it.the consultant advised me that I can take out money against my contract anytime. Later I discover there are restrictions and I cancelled the CONTRACT because of bad faith negotiation from the consultant from oldmutual who did not inform me of what he was leading me to.Old mutual still want to hold on to their restrictions which was done in bad faith.
