Bad experience with the way my complaint is being handled by old mutual.will definitely be taking them to them adjudicator and moving my policy.

I have been a client with old mutual for over 15 years.i have not had a problem with them until two weeks ago.they are quick to take your money but when they are required to pay back two months of premiums they fail to deliver.i have never had such a bad experience in customer service.i get the impression that their staff are not properly trained.i have been fighting and begging for the last two weeks for my complaint to be resolved regarding my retirement anuity.from next year i will be moving my policy to a more professional company.
