Bad experience with no answers and assistance

I am very disappointed in old mutual, my mother's policy was canceled with other policies in lapse pending that I know nothing about any cancelation I can't seem to get any help, they were deducting from my salary slip in fact they are still deducting but who gave the instruction to cancel my policies I am so tired and stressed I can't seem to get any help from no one I've sent emails and asked for assistance with no answers, old mutual is very bad I do not recommend It to any one I won't rest till I have answers
