Bad experience from old mutual insurance

Old mutual are **********. They deducted money from my pay slip without my knowledge and when I went to report the issue the consultant said I have a policy with them which covered two members whom I do not even know. I tried to ask him for more clarification but he was not even willing to explain how did it happen to me. Instead he caused me more emotional stress.
