Bad experience

I've been claiming for my late sister with old mutual super fund since march. I called Lebo Kgomo million times and all she says is the claim is still under trustee resolution. Today I called and spoke to Ino Latha, she told me to hold them line while she's opening her system and I hold for 5 minutes. She then asked me my email address which they have 5months ago. My sister's kids only depend on my mom's pension fund while there's money sitting at old mutual super fund.. please help me Hello Peter
