Bad experience

I am very disappointed at where I made an investment. I wanted to withdraw some of the money for a crisis I had, was waiting for months, phone them week after week still waiting. Then I went to the head office in December last year to found out from June 2021 till December what is going on, I had even used the customer complaints and I am running into a wall. I then cancel my investment in December and also waiting still after they said I won't wait to long 21 working days. Still waiting.
