Bad environment
I have never been in an old mutual branch and feel like I'm outside the staff is trying but I wonder how they will make it, 2 doors are wildly opened and it's a cold front their door is faced the mall door all the people who was in that branch was complaining about the coldness
People will never go back they have a sign but they opened all doors aircon is not working u can't even feel the is an aircon they are sitting with plastic water bottle all of them it light even burn them safety I'm so disappointed of what I saw today
I even asked such a big company letting their employees and customer suffer
Why are we making people suffer like that

I just hope all will. Work cause those people who are their gonna be sick aircon is not hot soors are open what do u feel or think for customers on that cold office even your employees you don't care about them
