Bad Early Retirement Policy Management

<p>I am deeply dissapointed with the service I received from old mutual. I recently turned 55 and expected my early retirement pension. I app**** for my early retirement package of which I was told I will receive on the 26th of May 2016. It is now the 27th of June 2016 and I still have not received my early retirement package from old mutual. Instead Old Mutual phoned me this morning (27 June 2016) telling me that I stopped paying my policy in 2014. I have evidence that I paid my policy every month and that it is up to date. The last deduction on my policy was in May. I feel ****** by Old Mutual and I have definately lost my trust in an reputable organisation. Trust and ethics should be part of any organisation. I have invested my hard earned money to have a good retirement, unfortunately this is not the case.</p>
