I have 3 policies with them but never not even once use their points but they all gone without explanation I'm thinking of canceling them my investment are not safe if they still from customers

If your employees can stieal from customer profile we aren't save as customers, I wanted to open another educational plan plan for my 7 months baby but I'm scared and want to move all 3 to another service provider
