Bad customer treatment

I am so disappointed with how you guys treat your customers. What the hell gives you the right to debit money from my bank account before i even get paid? Tell me..why do you treat your customer's like ******* or some irresponsible idiots who do not know how to manage their money? Where do you get the nerve to do that?! You think you are cleaver heh, do you think this strategy of yours will get you more clients? le tlwaela batho ga mpe. I am going to cancel all my policies with you and move to a company that takes pride in customer service.
