Bad customer support

Claimed the Retirement fund 2 years ago and filled the forms more than 2 times without resolution, Still haven’t received the claim till today. I visited the branch several times without getting any help , I received the forms I filled 2 years ago and last year again and told that I should fill them for them to process. This is unacceptable, tiring and frustrating. How many times am I supposed to fill the forms?
