Bad Customer Service Old Mutual Claims Department

Please be aware of old mutual bad customer service when you have to claim on any of the Greenlight life cover policy. I submitted a claim on the 2nd March 2015 and still struggling for the old mutual claims departments to process my claim.<br> <br> I have being a old mutual client for more than 10 years and this is the worst service ever received from old mutual.<br> <br> I have more than on policy with this company and any dealing with their claims department i feel i cannot trust a company with weak administration procedures.
