Bad customer service from old mutual
I have suddenly had to insert a OTP which is sent to my international number,however this does not come through,so I can acess my portal for the secure services.I have put in a service request 2 days ago,and there is just no response from old mutual.please assist-CCCPE***2- This is the reference number…I would rather prefer the OTP be sent to my mail adress…

I am really striggling with your agent - Malachi Agulhas - The time to respond is really bad, always saying will call me, but never does. This issue is going on for a week, and still no resolution. Guys I just need to get my OTP sent to my international number. Yes, it says it is sent, but I am not recieveing it. I do not understand what is so difficult. Why should a client struggle in this matter. Just call me and we can get it rectified
