bad customer service

old Mutual are the worst when i come to customer service, hence one of their customer took a dead body to one of their branches , they only thing their are good at is debit money from our bank account when you need assistance they will never help you, i have been calling them from 10:am this morning is 35minuts later still being transferred and place on hold just for the call to be hung up this people have been eating my money for 10years now but not even a singled day have i ever felt valued they are bunch ****** anyone who is is thinking of joining them please don't you will be very sorry customer service is **** everyday. **** company this one
