Bad Customer Service

I have trying to complaint to Old mutual for 4 months now no feedback or call received regarding a Endownment Policy

Old Mutual is the worse company they were very reputable at one stage their customer service is much to be desired.

Contributions was made to them every month proof of payments was provided and to date I am still waiting their feedback or call
