Bad customer service

I visited the old mutual branch in east rand mall.

Lebogang was the agent who assisted me. I did not appreciate her approach towards me as no professionalism or friendliness was shown towards me, her phone was laying on the desk and she received a personal call which she didn't answer however my overral experience at old mutual in east rand mall was not pleasant as my approach to the store was for a sensitive situation.
