Bad Customer Service

Can you please get someone to contact me as soon as possible regarding my top up loan. I app**** for a top up loan so that i can pay off my debts. I was told that it will pay off the existing loan that i had and other accounts. To my surprise one account which was paid off already was paid again and today the debit order for the paid off loan ran which was not supposed to. Now i am paying debts which have been already paid from the money that has to be used for some other issues. I did contact Old Mutual yesterday and nobody bothered to assist me even their WhatsApp which was very active when i was applying for a loan. Now nobody cares because they have managed to do a uncompleted job for me sinking me into more debt.
