Bad customer service.

Old Mutual's customer service Sucks! I accidentally canceled my debit order and I've tried contacting them, and no one gets back to me. Every month i get a email asking of they should deduct the missed premium at the next date and then I say YES.....and then they don't do it or even follow up. Very disappointed. Even called them, took forever and didn't even get to speak to anyone, there is a option to leave a message with the promise that someone will call you.... they don't.
