Bad customer service

Im very disappointed and angry same time, my mum save her pansion fund that she got from work, know her card is being suspended and old mutual never call for suspending her card, she just found out when she suppose to use the card at the moment her life is stoped because of this stupid bank, the old lady is busy going up and down but no help for her to use her own money that she worked for so many years😡😡😡😡what ashem from old mutual. Will never use this bank or advise someone to use it i'm so ****ed
