Bad customer service
Old mutual sent me an email saying my tax free savings plan has been cancelled. Nvm that I had a consultants emailing me responding to an email from Feb and confusing the hell out of me. I don’t think they read before responding. I had withdrawn did a request on that same tax savings account I don’t even know how far that is. I am so frustrated!
