Bad Customer service

Hi, I have been trying to cancel my Old Mutual insurance, but I did not receive my payback claim after canceling. I was tired of being double charged, so I chose to cancel it. They took a debit order on the 25th and were going to charge me again on the 1st of the month. I sent an email, but no one has called me to process everything. It has been two months.
