Bad customer service

POLICY NO ***4 RR BALOYI My insurance was deducting in a stop facility, i requested the Old Mutual to reinstate as it was an error from the HR department, i was requested to complete the stop order form and send back to them up until today nothing has been done, I am send from pillar to post no assistance, my concern is my policy will elapse since nothing is happening, furthermore I'm worried about the areas that they will be not affordable.
