BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am not pleased with Old Mutual I had plans with them I need to redeem my plan I've been waiting forever for that. I called the call center a number of time the agents don't have enough information to give me and when I request the direct department number they don't have it. I never got feedback on the status of my redeem claim I need to email in order to get feedback unprofessional why do I need to follow up on my money.. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH OLD MUTUAL AT ALL.
