Bad customer service

On monday 17 February i decided to contact Old Mutual Life via one of there methods to reach them. I fill in a form and submit it. Yesterday,Tuesday 18 February at 08:55 i receive a call from this nr ***. The lady introduce her and so did i and in the same way she said,You wants to cancel your policy. I answered yes and she put me through to the next department. I heard a voice promp and suddenly the phone died. They never called me back after i filled in another form and submitted it. Bad bad bad
