Bad customer service

Service pathetic at your branch cnr Hibernia and York Streets. Customers waiting for more than half and hour outside the locked entrance on the sidewalk without anyone assisting When you eventually get inside, staff not friendly or helpful and take their time "booking" you in, apparently only one person can assist although they were 3 in total???
