Bad Customer service

I have been banking with old mutual for more than 3 years now and I recently app**** for a personal loan I do qualify but my application was unsuccessful because of not providing them with a pay slip why should I provide a pay slip where else they have my transaction history used to love old mutual and even recommended it to my friends and family but I regret joining them #Unhappy client
