Bad customer service

I went to the Old mutual brackenfell and did a loan application and got qualified for R2700. After spending almost 2hrs at the branch i signed the two contracts i was told the funds was going to be available today. After not receiving the money i contacted the consultant and she advised that she will let me know when the funds are available. I kept on enquiring and after a couple of hours she informed me that they need a certain letter and that i had to resign. I sent the letter and she arranged that i can resign at the Thibault square branch. I met with the consultant there who let me sign and then advised me that the funds will be available in hour in my Old mutual money account. The consultant from Brackenfell also advised that i should let him do what he need to do otherwise i will have to wait until tomorrow for the money to be in. After two hours went pass i called the brackenfell branch and asked the consultant why the money was not available. She advised that i must give it 30 min as it is at manger's review. I got annoyed and decided to call the headoffice and speak to the necessary people myself. The consultant that picked up the phone at the call centre then put me on the phone with the consultant of brackenfell; and what made me cross is the fact that she said to the consultant "she don't know why i am so impatient and she told me after i told her i am annoyed about how long the process is taking, that she is doing me a favour. I then got a call from her later this afternoon asking for another letter and if they can't get that letter the loan will be declined after i signed, my bank card were swiped and i have a money account with an already balance of -R29.00. I am highly dissapointed at the service received from Old Mutual who is such a big company and for someone to tell a customer "i am doing you a favour". that is just beyond bad customer service. If i knew i would go through all this drama i would have made another plan. No i sit here still with no loan, but i owe Old mutual R29???
