Bad customer service
My name is Lebo Mpeta - *** and submitted a withdrawal claim with Old Mutual for my provident fund on the 6th of December 2023 and was informed that the payout would be between 6-8 weeks and when I followed up with the claims department, I was told there was an issue with the disinvestments and payout - I've heard to call several times and to date my issue is still not resolved..
