bad customer service
My name is Khanyisa ,
I visited your branch on the first week of September 2021 for my policy 69667N*** to be on paid up. Till this day that policy is not on paid up and you deducted money last month from month account. One thing about Old mutual you excel with poor customer service. You thing you are doing us a favour . There are millions of companies that offer the same service you do.
the above policy i want it to be on paid up .if it was for me i wanted that money cause i dont want to deal with old mutual again.
