Bad customer service

I have policy issues with Old mutual which they cant resolve, tried to call the headofficce hoping to get help, it is am joke, workers don't take their work serious, the customer service consultant by the name of Andria she refused to give me her surname she was very rude. No manners at all for customers if she can do it to me how many other customers she has done to ? I need to know which policy did they cancel so that i can go to other insurance companies where they will take me serious like their customer. Policy number:69662p***
