Bad customer service
Morning I went in one of your branches in Jouberton got the worst service ever . Consultant by the name of David answered his personal phone in front of me . He had his conversation of his life. After his call he said his doing me a favour cause I don’t even have my ID on me that’s because he did not have respect or audacity to ask for it .
