Bad customer service

I just want to inform you that I've requested for my money to be made available on 7 June 2022. I was told that the money will be available within 15 working days. I came to the Old mutual branch in Adderley st and was informed that the transaction shows completed on their side, and that I should escalate the matter. I was just informed that it will take another 5 to 7 working days in order to get my money. How pathetic is that, cause clearly someone did not do their job.... I refuse to receive such poor customer service and think i should take my business somewhere else...
