BAD CONSULTENT SERVICE AND FROM OLD MUTUAL

I surrended two pension policy thinking they would pay out . I know old mutual do not pay out if the value of R7000. both policy\s was less than R7000. the consultant confirmed to me that a pay out will be paid and he said it will take 5 days. waited 5 days no response went to client service centre and was told it take 15 days now ok so left it for 15 days. on 14 day heard nothing from OLD MUTUAL. Phone to the call centre to hear that I cannot surrender the policys. No correspondence from OLD MUTUAL TO INFORM ME. I did not miss one payment for 4 years ."
