Bad company

i cancelled a policy from old mutual 2 days ago and still did not get any feedback. I did speak to a lady and she send me a form that i completed and send back and she told me that a funeral policy that i had for 6years, i wont get any money back wich i think is *****ing from people as i never had a claim. It just does not make sense to pay R3400 in 6years and not get anything back.
