Bad communication skills
On the 12th march went to Old Mutual at Eyethu mall for my investment withdrawal .I completed the form which i was assured that my money will be in my account on the 18th march never got it .I had to call them on the 23rd numerous time until i got hold of the customer service consultant who did not even assist me ,he just told me to log a complain .
