bad call centre service

All we needed was to update bank details.. Requested for a call back as we seemed to have trouble with the lines.. i was told straight but that they dont do call backs.. either try to call or just pretty much cancel the policy. really what of service is this.. very disappointed, thinking of moving products to another provider.
