Bad business eithics Old Mutual

A few minutes ago I spoke with your consultant, Lebo. I have the need to claim Unclaimed Pension Funds due to my deceased brother on behalf of my 95 year old mother. Your email said I must contact TEBO for information on documentation I need but the number does not work - it is not available. Lebo then just said 'go to Magistrate Court and fill out Request for amount form'. I asked for an email given more WRITTEN instructions and she refused and after a few seconds cut off the call. I am so glad that my dealings with Old Mutual will be over once I have completed this transaction because your service is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. No professionalism at all.
