Bad business

I canceled my RA July 2024...Old Mutual deducted from my Persal August n September 2024. I've send them my proof of deductions and proof of bank statement. Call centre agent told me I had to wait 45 days for my money to be processed. Today is day 46 I haven't received my money. You cannot speak to a supervisor or manager cause call center agents works remotely. I've been calling for the past 2 weeks for update n I was told 45 days...I've send an email to the complaints department...same story 45 days Today is day 46 no money
