Bad bad service Ominisure

Good day

I have submitted a third party claim to Ominisure Old Mutual.

The lady that was suppose to assist me is Thabang. Tel no ***She did not contacted me at all. I had to contact her to ask what documents needs to be submitted .

Today when I complained again she told me thats how its works. I am supposed to contact them. 3 days was wasted.

Ysterday I asked her progress of the claim. She told me the accessors have 10 days ( which I understand) but dont you at least follow up?

I asked her to give me the phone number if the accessors because all Thabang does is sending emails and if she does is sending emails and if she does not receive an snswer thats fine.

I phoned the accessors just to find out they are waiting for the quotations. Now she is telling me that they were not suppose to send the quatations to them. They were asking me for the quatations and I did send it.

Seem like this lady is not trying to help at all.

How kong am I suppose to wait?

Please help!!!!
