Bad bad service Old Mutual Bank

What a bad experience of unprofessional old mutual banking system. The banking APP is non existent and the only advice from the call centres on numerous occasions is to uninstall and reinstall the APP. This is not the solution as the problem persist and leave me and other clients in difficult situations as no payments can be be done via the APP nor any inter account transfers. Not to talk about the immediate payment service that is not available most of the time. I even visited the branch after a payment today has been done, received notification via SMS that it has been processed but was declined at the shop and the reversal has not been done yet. Has now been 4 hours ago.
